1. Return Policy (30-Day Right)
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition as received

Unworn or unused, with tags

In its original packaging

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

3. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

5. Exchanges
The fastest way to obtain a replacement item is to:

6. Refunds
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected, and inform you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved:

The refund will be processed to your original payment method

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

In some cases, it may take up to 14 days after processing for the refund to appear in your account
7. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
8. Order Cancellation
Customers may request to cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it.
A cancellation will be accepted if:

9. Additional Information
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
